Cancer Hope Network (CHN) has partnered with Medocity, Inc. to provide a new layer of patient and caregiver support. Beginning October 2015, CHN patients and their families will have free access to the iCancerHealth platform where they are able to access CHN support information, while using iCancerHealth to coordinate care and track symptoms, medications and more.
iCancerHealth is an intuitive, comprehensive platform that bridges the gap between the clinic and the patient’s home. Key features include:
- Ability to manage and track medications, symptoms and treatment plan;
- Guiding the patient and caregiver with timely disease and drug specific information; and
- Connecting the patient with the patient’s care team, family and friends to share information
“Cancer Hope Network has been supporting cancer patients for more than 35 years,” said Wanda Diak, CHN Executive Director. “We are pleased to add the iCancerHealth platform to the resources we offer patients and their families.”
“Medocity is looking forward to providing users with information and support provided by Cancer Hope Network” said Raj Agarwal, CEO and president of Medocity. “The new partnership will further Medocity’s goals of providing tools for managing patients’ care needs, while engaging and educating them about their disease and medications while undergoing treatment at home.”
