These days, it can be tough to find moments for reflection. But we’ve carved out some time and want to share a few of the groups we’re celebrating this Thanksgiving at Cancer Hope Network.  No matter the challenges, social distance can’t stop hope!!

This fall, we’re especially grateful for Patients and Caregivers who have trusted us with their fear and distress. We’ve seen a double-digit increase in the number of clients served and are energized as we continue working to provide hope for people across the nation.

That hope happens because of our dedicated group of Support Volunteers. Our network of nearly 500survivor and caregiver volunteers grew with several trainings, as this incredible group of people looked for new ways to help, despite the pandemic. (Learn more about a few of them HERE and HERE.)

We are indebted to the Organizations and Healthcare Providers who have stepped up to the plate – referring patients, providing additional services and making life with cancer just a little bit easier across the nation.

All of this is possible because of generous support from our Donors and Trustees. This year, as a pandemic forced us to shutter in-person events, you’ve continued your commitment to our mission- the cause that binds all of these groups together– to ensure no one faces cancer alone. (Haven’t given yet? Make a GIFT, start a FACEBOOK FUNDRAISER or grab some CHN swag in our STORE with $12 tees and 20% off for Black Friday.)

While there’s much to be thankful for, we’d be remiss to end this message without a special thought to the families eating their first Thanksgiving meal without a loved one. Our hearts are with you – and our volunteers are ready to help as you navigate this new journey.

Our thanks to each of you – for the myriad ways you worked and helped and donated to ensure no one has to face cancer alone. We wish you a season filled with joy, comfort and hope.
