Earlier this year, I joined the board of Cancer Hope Network. It’s an organization committed to providing one-on-one peer support for cancer patients and the people who love them. We do this by training cancer survivors and caregivers as Support Volunteers and matching them with patients and loved ones facing a similar journey.
As a prostate cancer survivor myself, I’ve seen how critical community support can be to healing and I’m proud to be part of this team ensuring no one faces cancer alone.
I’d love to share more about the incredible work we’re doing as an organization. I hope you’ll join me for a virtual Paint Party Fundraiser on Wednesday, April 28. Grab a glass of wine or shake up a drink and we’ll spend some time creating masterpieces with the guidance of Paint the Town Party. Tickets are $100 and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Cancer Hope Network. They’ll also include a shipped-to-you kit with everything you need to create your masterpiece.
Tickets can be purchased below. Can’t join? Please consider making a contribution (one time and monthly options available) in support of our important work. Want to learn more about Cancer Hope? Read stories of our volunteer and survivors on our eHOPE blog.
